Sound of the Sea will be presenting an evening featuring several of the artists on their roster on Saturday March 9th at the Happy Dog 5801 Detroit Avenue. The show begins at 9pm; admission is $5.

IMG_4248 1 brt26 contr100The show’s headliner FITS OF HAIL’s recent ep/7” Belmore was touted by noted rock writer Fred Mills (Option, Spin, the Bob) as “utterly gorgeous—sonically and visually…a pair of must-hear tracks (…) make a moody-yet-joyful noise of an irresistible earworm quality…allow me to state for the record: Fits of Hail. photo(5) crop 1Cleveland trio STRANGE MESSENGER’s gnarly rock features insidiously catchy tunes that bring to mind Cle rawk of the mid-to-late ‘70s. The group’s 6-song debut cd is scheduled for early spring release on Sound of the Sea, and can be heard at the group’s bandcamp page.
